How to enrol
Our Adult Education office is based at Comberton Village College, and we process enrolments for all courses across Comberton, Cambourne and Melbourn.

Please note: Our office operates term‑time only with limited staff availability. During school holidays, we are unable to take bookings by telephone.
Payment options
We are a cashless school. Payments can be made in the following ways:
In person
- Contactless debit/credit card payments
- Cheques payable to The CAM Academy Trust
Online
- Secure online payment links sent via email or text message
- Online enrolment allows payment by debit or credit card in GBP (Sterling)
- Additional information may be requested to complete your registration
By post
Before posting payment, please confirm course availability by phone or email. Send cheques (payable to The Cam Academy Trust) to:

Please include:
- The course title(s) you wish to book
- Your contact details
- An email address or stamped addressed envelope if you require a receipt
Do not send cash by post. Unless we contact you, please assume your enrolment has been accepted.
Office visits
The Adult Education team works part‑time hours at Comberton Village College. Please check in at main reception if you wish to:
- Make a booking
- Make a payment
- Speak with a member of the team
Payments can be made by cheque or debit card.
Course fees & materials
Some courses include additional material costs. Please refer to the individual course information sheet for full details before enrolling.
After you enrol
Once your enrolment is processed, we will send a confirmation email. Please keep this for your records.
We recommend enrolling early to secure your place and ensure your chosen course runs as planned.
Additional guidance and induction information is usually provided during the first session, which is important to attend. If you have any concerns once your course begins, please speak with us or your tutor promptly.
Refund policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
You may receive a refund if:
- The college cancels a course
- You withdraw at least two weeks before the start date
- A £5 administrative fee applies
Refunds are not available when:
- A class is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., tutor illness, severe weather)
- Wherever possible, an additional session will be arranged
The college reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule courses. Course details—including cost, location, content, and tutor—may be subject to change. Courses must meet minimum enrolment numbers to run and may be shortened or cancelled if these are not met.
